The green is a GREAT deal, can't be beat for the $
Comparing it to the 50 is very subjective, driver, mods etc...
I can tell you the green will make more then 460 hp (& even more TORQUE) on a DJ
10's? we'll see shortly

I'd go for a 3065 before a 50 trim but I got a heck of a deal on the LT upgrade.

I'm not ragging on the 20G-LT, I think for people on a limited budget this is the right turbo for them...
I've just read all 7 pages and I think that maybe you have chosen the wrong turbo. I know you are saying that the 50 trim will beat a 20g-LT from a roll and to look at Creamo 3's sig but have any of you ever thought about the driver mod? (like 4 Wheel Slide was saying)

Creamo 3 may have trappped higher than me with a 50 trim but I've got him by 3 tenths and that was with a 20g-9 and 366whp on BR's dyno. (see my sig)

Now, with 411whp I'm hoping (fingers crossed) for 128 mph traps and maybe a 10 sec. pass on a 20g-LT.

agree to disagree.

love my 3037s/3076r but full boost is no where near 32-3800, more like 45-4800.

I'd love to have 400whp+ on the BR dyno

Kee1pride is right.. Buschur does not offer a upgrade from the evo 8 turbo to a full 20g9lt (green) turbo. they are different and that's that. You will have to submit a evo 9 turbo for the offer of $999 with exchange. I wanted to do the same thing, but had to spend the $1700 to get the full upgraded green...

buschur currently isn't doing it....but it's been repeated on here MANY times that FP is offering a conversion for the evo 8 turbo...as well as a core exchange refund program.

^^^ When I spoke to Forced Performance last week, here is the updated pricing breakdown as given to me:

Evo IX to Green exchange: $849 + $450 (core charge, refunded upon receiving OEM IX good core)

Evo VIII to Green exchange: $999 + $300 (core charge, refunded upon receiving OEM VIII good core)

Porting is $45; Gaskets/washers like $38; HD actuator was $???

IMHO, by increasing the core value of the IX to $450, they will have less people buying the Green at the exchange price, then selling their stock IX turbo in the classified section for more $$$....
