Cool boost levels on stock internals

ok I have a question. I have a 2004 lancer evo 8 with the following mods:
Turbo XS Utec ECU
DC Sports TB exhaust (Header,o2 housing...allthe way out the back)
AEM EBC
AEM Wideband o2
Unorthodox adjustable cam gears
Greddy intercooler with upper and lower piping
intake filter
evo 9 JDM blowoff valve
I have more but they don't apply to the question, so here it is.
What is a safe boost level that I would be able to run with these mods? I have not gotten a knock yet and I have hit 26.6 PSI once and I run a steady 25.3 when I'm racing. I run 91 (only because I don't have a choice,I live on guam and thats all they get) but I have not gotten a knoch yet. What can the internals of my motor handle?

Aaron

Safe boost with a good tune? About 21 psi or so.

Strong Timing + 21psi = One fast car (6-7* @ 3500RPM) compared to:

Low Timing + 23-25psi= 1-2* Timing at 3500 RPM

22-23 pounds sound about right, tappering slightly to red line.

I have already ran 25.3psi on my turbo. I hope I didn't hurt anything.

It was for short runs. Just down the track and back. I normally run 20-21psi on a daily basis and 24-25psi on the track.

Believe me if I could I would. There was one station on island that sold everything from 86-113 octane but they are out and have been for a long time now. I put NOS octane booster in with my fuel but that’s the best I can do right now. I leave Guam in July and then I can run 93 every day.

The NOS octane booster that made for "off road use only" is ok. I can't wait until I get back to the states and can run 93 for daily driving and 110 for race weekend.

Well if your not seeing any knock, that should be cool. The head is good for about 26-28 psi before it flys into space so it is close.
