Question regarding my GT35R kit

Sup guys, I got a quick question

I recently bought a Buscher Racing GT35R Turbo upgrade kit and I am planning to install it w/ a friend along w/ some PTE 1000cc injectors. My question is, will I be able to drive my car w/ the turbo and injector w/ out a ECUflash? I want to save money and install it myself then to spend a couple of hundered dollars having someone else do it. I just want to make sure the car could be driveable from my house to the shop I'm going to have it tuned at.

Here is what I currently have on the car at the moment prior to the GT35R Turbo kit and 1000cc injectors...

-2005 Evolution 8 GSR-
-Full Turbo Back exhuast system (High Flow Cat)
-AEM Intake
-Buddy Club 272/272 Cams
-Upper and Lower intercooler piping w/ HKS BOV SQV
-XS Front Mount Intercooler
-Greddy type II Boost controller
-255lph Fuel Pump
-ARP Head Studs
-Flashed ECU by AL of DynoFlash for all the following mods

Thanks for the help guys...

i don't think that you should drive your car unless you scale your 1000cc inj. what your should do is install the turbokit yourself and let the shop that you are getting the flash at do the inj. nice stuff btw!

I drove around for a week with my 880cc and gt35r. I stayed off boost and drove it for a week before I could get tuned. It was pig rich and drove like **** and would stall out sometimes but nothing bad. I'm not sure how it would be with the 1000cc but you could try and if it doesn't work out just put the stock inj. back. Remember to stay off boost.

Install the turbo kit yourself. See if you can install the injectors in the parking lot at the shop. Driving untuned on 1000cc injectors would not be good for the engine. You could severely wash down the cylinder walls with all the excess fuel and damage your engine.

I would suggest installing everything except for the injectors. Like someone else said, make sure to stay out of boost. I was told it can be done this way by one of the popular tuners here. They said it is smart to break the turbo in before it is tuned anyway.

Thought about doing the same. You could always tow your car to the shop, which would cost about $100.
