Besides preference are Defi's better than say Greddy's or Hks gauges etc.?

Fuel pressure is probly more important than oil pressure with a FI motor.

I would do boost, a/f ratio, fuel pressure, and oil pressure.

If you want a 5th gauge, get egt.

for overall engine health, boost, oil pressure, a/f.

for tuning/troubleshooting, boost, fuel pressure, a/f, and egt. Not sure you can limit it to just 3.
