new cams and forge waste gate actuator and if you feel the boost controller go with a forge with the stiff spring or hallman works great.

do what was suggested here!
change the wastegate with the forge unit and preload it enough to keep more boost especially in the midrange... very close to the rev limit it will taper no matter what...
check your dyno sheet also. Do you log your runs? check your shift points according to that. if you are keeping the gears to much probably you are losing time because after a certain point your power drops significantly due to the small duration cams... Get more aggresive cams to keep more power up top...

i can tell you one thing, the tune isnt the problem as i see ivey as one of the BEST tuners!! but one of my friends had a turbo XS mbc and had the same problem. it was tapering sooo much. the WGA may help but i would get the forge mbc as that worked the best for me. held boost better than the hallman too.

You keep harping on the boost falling off, but that's just how the stock turbo works. Yeah, you have some crappy parts, but if you made so much power on the dyno, then you should make that power on the drag strip. It doesn't matter if your boost falls off, because it also fell off on the dyno. Where's that 400+ whp when you get off the dyno? That's what you need to find out.

You made over 400hp on the dyno and are only trapping 112? I trap that on my car 22lb's of boost and no alky injection. There has to be something else going on.
Try a boost leak check, change your boost controller, change the pre load on your wastegate. If you do all that and stillonly trap 112, try a boost leak check.

A 112 trap will not break 11's unless you cut a sick 60' I imagine. Plain and simple answer is: you need more power. Not everyones mods are the same, some can hit 11's on stock turbo, some cant.

ITS JUST GOING TO BE THAT WAY lol.
anyways, people have told you some parts to change and ITS not cause your boost is dropping cause thats what happens, you cant hold 30 psi to redline.
update us when you change some parts and break into the 11's.
