What rpm do you shift at ?
Looks like your peak power is at 5200-5300 rpms (or 58mph in 3rd)

6k is to early IMO. 1st gear ride it out to right before rev limit, 2nd gear bring it up to about 6,800 , then 3rd gear shift at 6,500. adjust from there. its going to take a couple runs to figure out whats perfect. i would try shifting redline every gear too just to compare. but IMO i would ride 1st gear out to right before rev limit cause you need to get a good start with a good 60 foot. after that it might be best to shift before redline something like i said above.
im yet to drive an evo that runs its best times shifting before redline but this car... this car might be an exception to what ive experienced so far in the couple evo's ive driven.

trap speed tells the story dude. 112mph is like 340whp on a dynojet, your mods should be making 380whp. I didnt see ur dyno sheet but regardless of what it says, sounds like a 340whp car.
HKS bov's suck so get rid of that
get a forge mbc if yours is failing but i have no problem with txs mbc's.
What exhaust do you have?
Def change the cams too to at least hks 272's if not 280's
The car needs to be trapping 116-118 and you'll get better times. 12.1@112mph isnt bad at all IMO. yes I've seen 11.9@112 but 12.1 to 11.9 isnt far off.
1.7 60ft's arent bad either. 1.6's are great on stock evos (tires/driveline) but 1.7 is good enough for a high 11's. If you can cut a full 10th better in the 60 though, you'll get that 11.9 as long as everything else remains constant.

EVOs without cams, without alcohol injection run 112mph traps. You have a serious problem if that is youre trap on alcohol/cams. I suggest looking further into that. You should be trapping at least 117-118mph.

What is exactly wrong with the hks bov? I have mine recirculated. I just switched it out from the forge bov (the updated ver.) to try to fix the partial throttle boost, with no luck. What bov is recommended then? This is with alky and 30 psi.
Also, will I really benefit from a forge WGA? Right now, it holds 30psi rock solid, till about 6.5krpm, where it starts dropping down to 23psi at redline. Has anybody used the forge WGA on a stock turbo, where it will hold 25psi at redline?

i think he just means other BOV's are more popular for evo's.

Parts look fine, I'd assume it was your driving skill. Let someone who's run better times drive your car and see what they can pull.
If your car was renectly tuned and that dyno is fairly recent then the only thing I'd consider is your driving.

Anything can happen. He could have ripped a coupler and had a bad boost leak just driving home from the dyno. I think its hard to mess up 6mph+ with driving.

Sorry so late to respond to ur pm. I dont even have meth and went 11.97@114.83 and have another good 2mph in her. I have a Halman Boost controller. I have ported my exhaust mani, ebay o2 housing, and 10.5 hotside. I do it myself. I hear it doesnt make really any power but i could honestly tell after i did all 3. Also i run 24.7 spike fading to a 22.4psi. Altitude also has to do with it and the humidity. Mine was done on a good night round 37 degree's. 60ft was 1.76 with some Fuzion Tires. I need a tune bad after adding new intake, turboback exhaust, porting(never had), and 10.5 housing(never had). Had them already but changed everything to Buschur and pick up 3mph.
