CANT GET MY STOCK TURBO TO GO PAST 12.1 in 1/4 mile

CANT GET MY STOCK TURBO TO GO PAST 12.1 in 1/4 mile
ok here is my problem, ive seen alot of people wit stock turbos hitting high 11s in the 1/4 mile. i run 12.1 at 112 MPH race after race non stop, but cant get 11s.

here is my setup

STOCK BOTTOM END, STOCK TURBO , STOCK ACTUATOR
Buddy Club Cams 264/272
ARP Studs
Ebay o2 housing
Full 3" TBE
ARC Intake
SMC Alky Injection
Turbo XS MBC...SUCKS
Turbo XS Intercooler
Lower Intercooler Pipe
Upper intercooler pipe w/ HKS BOV
ACT HD Clutch/Pressure Plate
Tuned by sean ivey

i run 30 psi but its immediatly drops off and does like 22 psi. why is this???

anyone that runs 11s please tell me what boost controller are you using? and also do you guys upgrade your wastegate actuator? please any input will help, i just want to hit high 11s.

try some t-bolt clamps and a buschur ic
what are your 60 foot times
i got a 12 flat with less mods

post a time slip so some of the drag race gurus can chime in on shifting,etc, also whats the weather/altitude?

sorry forgot to add i have a turbo xs intercooler, also i do have t-bolts, and my 60 foots are 1.7

yea i have the ACT HD clutch/PP and i put out 402 HP and 429 TQ but still the boost peaks and holds only like 22 psi, the car pulls out of the hole like an animal and i shift it perfect but hte boost doenst hold for some reason. n there is no leaks either.

my recomendation is toss that bov and get a FORGE. you can buy cams with more top end as well. hks 280s. gsc 280s. gsc s1's, etc. you can also have your manifold ported and coated by buschur.

im right around the same time with my jestr custom tune on 24 psi and pump alone, with bad MR gearing.

sean ivey is a good tuner though. probably just your mods that are hurting you.

get a better waste gate actuator that is meant to hold that much boost. stock one will drop significantly trying to hold 30 psi.

i would expect a higher trap with the mods you have. do you have a dyno sheet you can post?

A 50-75hp shot will get you into the 11's. 118-128 traps.

A FORGE turbo actuator will get rid of the boost taper.
