intake question

intake question

yes i searched and people say not to run an intake without a tune. i have my aem intake and forge unos mbc and i want to put them on soo bad. i dont want to hurt the car but i am getting tuned next wed by ivey.not this wed the next. should i just not beat on it? what do you guys think? thanks ahead of time guys!!

if you dont beat on it and for the sake of being prepared for you tune i dont think it will hurt.

but you will notice that the car runs poor with out a tune.

without a tune, the car will tend to stumble when coming to a stop.

you can put your parts on with no problems until your tune. Just dont run it hard, just keep it out of high boost and refraim from running the crap out it until your tune and you should be fine.

I agree a tune is needed but I have freinds that have had there intakes in for awhile and have tracked the car without issues. IMO I recommned a tune lkike everyone else though
