why is it that if you run the AEM EMS you have spark issues? The DLI is good till 600WHP or so, so just get that.

You probably have lower gas milage because you cant keep out of boost. But im not blaming you. If i had a 35r i would have bad gas milage also. Congrats again on the numbers. i hope to be there someday.

i cant resist the surge of power from the turbo and old people jumping out of the way from the wastegate.... thats why i have ****ty gas milage... lol... but High PSI i dont understand what your talking about with the EMS? I am fairly sure it has no bearing on the spark production, it just controls what can already be produced... am I wrong in that assumption? Also the EMS was one of the first upgrades I purchased knowing where I was going with the car

MANY MANY MANY people I know who run the AEM EMS have spark break up up top. A lot of the times the vender says that you now need an ignition upgrade and at your WHP that is crazy. Another thing it could be is a poor tune. Just something to think about.

excluding the tune being bad... are you saying that I should have gone with a different EMS to avoid this problem? If thats the case, I cant really do anything about it now... New EMS vs. Ignition Booster... ~$2000 vs. ~$500.... If not then what do you suggest that I do.... not trying to sound like an ******* I just am still learning.

Buschur told me NOT to get the DLII. If you run some nice plugs and just lower the gap down to .022, it should not misfire. Id try that $8 fix before spending $450+ on an ignition box that is going to most likely crap out on you

The AEM EMS is fine, but if ti is missing, the tuner should not have just say buy an ignition box and send you on your way to wonder why you spent ALL that money on a car that misses. Try what Soon2BEVO suggests. IMHO you are not making enough power to make it miss unless something is "a-miss"

The tuner didnt just say that i need a booster and send me on my way... he suggested an ignition booster but he said that we wont know till we get one step colder plugs back into the car and see what that does
