Also why not change teh final drive ration, like make it 3.73 or somthing like that?

there is not point in running a 2.3L to 9k. the main reason people run strokers are for more tq, and the same power at lower rpms with better effeciency. if you want 9k, stay with the 2L.

These are on the list for when I get back.
Fantastic car Pete! You are exactly were I want to be. I have plans for a street Evo build as well. Will be paying a visit to the Buschur team when I get back from my deployment too (heading to Balad, IZ in June). Take care out there, get back safely

No point? Do you run one? I do and I do take it to 9000 rpm whenever I feel the need, it pulls all the way, and it carries the power to whenever you feel the need to shift.

Have never seen a torque curve come one that early with a 2 liter, crossing my fingers and hoping my gt3082r is as kind to me.

<------ will also be seeing you guys in the desert soon. No orders designating where yet but I'm told we leave in sept.

sure it's going to pull all the way, and offer damn near no lag after a shift. you could pull it to 10k and pull...welcome to a stroker. comparing a 2L to a 2.3L, you aren't making any more power up top compared to the 2L.

Never said you would make more power up top, but you make it sooner.

Wow, those are some nice numbers. I hope my new 8 will be able to produce just as much power!

Superstreet2k6, if you buy the right parts and put the right combination of parts together then making that power is fairly simple. If you buy junk you will not have good results...........
