How To: Make a High Priced Poorly Designed IC

Here are the finished pics. This intercooler costs thousands of dollars to make, all the plutonium was bought strictly off ebay and my dog Zoe designed and fabricated it-

as you can see she was drunk at the time and thats what I attribute all of the flaws too.

Mods, why were the pictures taken down, I can understand the lock, I guess but why the pictures?

Looks great man, only thing I would suggest is getting the inlets on the intercooler bead-rolled.

Instead of doing that I am getting him to lay down a little bit of weld on 3-4 places around the outlets, much easier/cheaper and just as effective really, just gives the clamp something to snug down on.

I'm glad the first 3 posts included smileys or lol's

Wish me Luck, its supposed to be on TopSpeed's dynojet saturday.

Can you ask Zoe if this is the "street" or "race" version? Did she...*ahem*...test it, to see if it flows?

Habit clean up your post, the last thread tuned into a big yelling match and with posts like yours this is heading in the same direction.... I agree that Al's vocabulary is entertaining however, bro.
