Highest Hp Stock Ecu Is Here
Hey guys just got done with a car from 418 Racing here in Hickory, NC. The car has came a long way since we first put it back together. We've had some troubles but the car is now running like stock, idles like stock, no CEL, and no stalling whatsoever. Ok on to the good part!
JESTER FLASH with my modification
418 RACING built
JE pistons
Crower rods
Ported head with Crower springs and retainers
GSC 280 cams
Custom 35r turbo kit
Bushur race fmic
Custom intercoolerpipes with tial bov
Bushur twin pump with RC 1000cc injectors
3 inch turbo back
HKS DLI2 (which was breaking up on alot of the high boost pass's)
HKS EVC6 electronic boost controller
STOCK ECU
MAF TRANSLATOR with 3inch gm maf
Getting the car going with the translator was a piece of cake with the Jestr map. We had it idling like stick with only a flash! Then we went onto doing some road tuning with 93 and 110. As soon as we got on the dyno, the 93 and 110 tunes were maxed out. The C16 tune was a little more difficult. We finally had it close at the end of the day, but were still having trouble with the HKS DLI2 cutting off and on. Seems like if we messed witht he plug some it would come on and go back off later. But anyways, here are the dyno sheets:
93octane - 22psi 451 and 334
110 octane - 30psi 538 and 418
c16 octane - 36psi 593 and 468
