Sorry to drag this up from the depths, but what were the actual ratios that were used on this so called ultimate combo?

IX first gear and VIII 4th gear are the differences. Everything else is the same as I recall.

Longer first only benefits cars that have trouble keeping it in the powerband. And it makes getting off the line a bit more difficult at every power level. Just think of how hard it would be to launch in 2nd and you would sorta get the picture. I tried a longer first in my 600hp mirage after one track visit it came right back out. Not gonna touch the forth gear debate but you can look at some of my other posts in drag racing section for data on that as well.

Something I found at TRE's website, so I'm thinking Shep's is also the same... IDK...

Turn around time varys as with anything ... But I sent mine off on the 17th of Dec and got an email telling me it was ready on the 27th. 10 days is a VERY good turn around time IMO. And this was doin it around christmas as well so I was impressed and also very happy as this is my daily driver and I needed it done asap. Seems John doesnt mess around and gets your trans out to you as soon as possible. He also actually takes time out to answer any questions you may have. Great customer service! The tranny shifts just as great as well! Couldnt ask for more. Money well spent
