The FP Red makes peak torque about 500 rpms later than the FP Green on the Subaru. The Red spools up slower but start to spool up at about the sametime as the Green on the Subi. The spool up on the EJ257 isn't really that bad. Actually since the Subi motor has a extra .5 liters it spools up faster on the larger turbo applications when compared to the Evo on a stock 2.0. I owned an FP Green STI, and now I have an FP Green Evo.

I called them yesterday about something else and asked if they had any larger bolt-on Evo turbos in the works and they said yes. I didn't ask for any further details. Just call and ask for an estimated time window and see what they say.

I'd be up for a bolt-on twin scroll turbo like the Green, but with higher topend potential.
Its funny, I remember when the Green came out at the Don Herring track day a year and a half ago. I had a conversation with Robert about the Green and he told me that he intended to do a bigger version in the future... man is this taking a while.
