Try this one from Turbo XS, it can hold up to 35 psi, copy and paste this link http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...g+bypass+valve
I have one that I ran on my elcipse. The boost is up to 35 psi, I have a silver one. It actually fits on the EVO as basically a direct replacement and can be used as a diverter valve or vent into the atmosphere. I took my metal BOV of the other day just to see how close it came to fit, and I was able to pop it right into place. You will need to get a tube if you plan to ricurculate, I ran it both ways, but I got better gas mileage with it recirculated. I don't have any mods so I'm actually going to put it in the classifieds for $75. But you can get a brand new one for about 100 bucks more.
If you have ems you should be able to run it however you want as long as the car is tuned for it. This BOV is still very loud reccirculated so I would go that route.

Go Fast Bits. They say it is good up to 100psi. Here is my review of it I just made:

Best of both worlds.
Quote from their site:
What boost level can I use with a GFB blow-off valve?
Any level you like! The design of all GFB blow-off valves means that you can run boost levels that will more likely blow up hoses before the valve will leak. Because of the acetal seat the piston makes a perfect seal, and our valves have been tested in the factory to pressures of 110psi (if you can blow up one of our valves on a car we'd like to hear about it!).

I run a Tial on a flash and I do NOT reccomend it. I can deal with it since I dont drive the car much and I dont drive on the highway, but if I did, Id get a recirculated one.

I got the Forge Evo15 from TTP, fully recirculating.. Price is great and reply from TTP is instant! It's got several springs for several pressure levels according to your boost settings (though u can get the Forge RS which is adjustable by a knob but unavailable and more expensive).
I'm still waiting for it, will post when installed.
