No, I've had 0 issues with brake/clutch fluid getting too hot. I haven't had any braking or clutch problems even in the middle of the summer, and I do run the car pretty hard.

Did you mean http://mitsubishiparts.net? The one you listed has aftermarket parts - it's not a straight OEM store.

How much of this stuff needs to be ordered to do a complete fluids change? For the trans and diffs ?

I think there is a how-to thread that explains it. It was like almost 3 quarts tranny and around .6 quarts for diff.
