crcain, hey there. i completely understand how you feel. but you must understand that most people on forums just talk **** and dont know much about anything, especially on automotive forums. people think that since they have the car that they know everything about it, from how the engine works to turbos to understanding engineering and fluid dynamics, etc, etc......many people on here especially are cocky and stupid.

the only company that really compared and gave me some good info about their intercooler compared to other brand names is Nisei. They seem like they have a good concept of it. same goes to Full-Race. Those guys are engineers and know how to create a great turbo kit. anyways, theres my little rant. if you do come up with any results or tests yourself, let me know. me, myself, will be making my own intercooler with a friend of mine that knows this type of ****.

i am also waiting results from 94awdcoupe.....whenever he gets them....

I posted aem logs on one of the first Buschur cores and the Nisei street core a while back. Everyone started off really cool in this thread, and then it got super nasty. I'm pretty sure Buschur doesn't even sell the core I logged anymore, and even though Nisei has moved onto their competition core, the Nisei street core should be helpful (since you can still get your hands on one). Also, Dave posted some results (not aem logs, but dyno results) of his race core and the Nisei street core. You'll have to dig for Dave's results, but it's somewhere in all the mayhem.

APS intercooler fits perfect without cutting the undertray. Very high quality product with cast endtanks. I am using it with AMS LICP and Nisei UICP without any fitment issues.

Arghh.

Point of this thread was not to just drop brand names. It was to discuss the actual real world performance of intercoolers. If you have a temp sensor post intercooler, than YOU can contribute to this thread!
