FPgreen on stock internals safe?
how many people are running the green on stock rods and pistons? im thinking of doing this running around 24psi boost on pump 93 octane.
really just want to know what you guys think about running on stock internals, a lot of the guys here in the UK say anything over sort of 330-350atw is the top end of the limit before doing a build. im sure iv seen greens make close to 380 atw with pump on stock block?

It's safe to run the green on the stock internals, it's more a question of longevity than anything else. As with any power upgrade, your stock internals, valvetrain, head etc will have higher than intended stress placed upon them. Eventually, things will break/fail sooner than they would have if it had not been for the modifications. It's just a question of when rather than if.

I wonder how long the engine would last under "normal usage" with all these mods that we do....then again people typically do further buildups before the engine pops anyway....

IMO as long as the car is maintained well and not heavily raced or abused the motor should last pretty well at around 420-450whp, atleast from what I've seen these past few years. You're drivetrain is a different story, that's completely up to whoever's behind the wheel.
