to me for the money they are both good but the cosworth may not be worth it unless you have a million mods. What mods do you have?

If you were talking about bottom ends, I would most definitely say JAM. Their experience in building engines is right up there with the other big 4G63 tuners. A high-flowing cylinder head, however, seems to require more R&D, number crunching, and engineering, whereas building a bottom end is more of an art form. For this reason, I would say do your research on the exact specs of each cylinder head and where you want to go with your setup, and then from there decide. Although pretty new to the 4G63 game, Cosworth's CNC'd head may prove to be a great option for high power builds. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!

There is someone on here with a JAM ported head on a JAM 2.3 w/a full-race 35R kit making unusually big numbers under the curve for the combo. I can't remember their screenname, and the car was up for sale not too long ago, but that tells me that the JAM head works pretty well.

I have spoke with JAM on the phone about head work and the guy spoke to me for about 20 min answering all my questions. They are really great people to work with and have great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. Just call and ask, you have nothing to lose.
