JUN cams vs HKS cams
if they are the same sizes, would the Jun cams make the same power as the HKS cams? they are half the price?

They are the same only in duration, which is a measure in degrees (out of 360) during which they act upon the valve. The actual total valve lift, where they start to lift the valve in relation to the crankshaft rotation (advance), and how quickly they raise/lower the valve during that time are likely very very different. All of these factors of a cam profile have a major effect on the actual power curve produced by the cam.
Cam grinding is a much a function of art as science... so you normally pay for the ones that have the right stuff, compared to WAG ones.

Stock cam specs are as follows:
Duration: intake 260 exhaust 256 Lift: intake 10.00 exhaust 10.00 center angle: intake 109 exhaust 110
HKS cam specs:
Duration: intake 264 exhaust 272 Lift: 10.3 both center angle: 105 both
Duration: intake 264 exhaust 272 Lift: 9.8 both center angle: 111 both
Duration: intake 260 exhaust 256 Lift: intake 10.00 exhaust 10.00 center angle: intake 109 exhaust 110

Duration: intake 264 exhaust 272 Lift: 10.3 both center angle: 105 both

..."ramp rate" is a common old school term... or the "art" of the matter...
plus they have a ECU matched with their cams.

What are the #s 10.3 both center angle?? im familiar with cams just never seen that # on my stangs cam specs

I was looking through Takakaira and it appears that HKS makes two different version of each of the 264 and 272 intake and exhaust cams.

Your right I read my HKS catalog wrong. Here are the correct cam specs:
Intake Cams:
