Well last night I decided to put my new uicp on, along with my new Forge recirculating bov. . I put them on and then also changed the spark plugs.
I then decided just to start replacing every vaccum line up top that I could see. When I took off the boost gauge line I noticed that the little adapter that the hose goes into then onto the t-fitting had somehow gotten a slice right down the middle of it! I disconnected my neg battery cable for the whole night then when I woke up this morning I went out and drove it. . 23 psi baby!!!! Its been a LONG LONG time since ive been able to boost and boy does it feel good!!!

Glad you got it all worked out! This guy was struggling for a long time! It was by no means, "an easy fix!"

 

about time.....was it the hose that had a "slice" or the t-fitting?

Did you ever pressure test that? It seems like it would have shown up.
