25psi feels like 10

Turn the boost down to 18 psi or so.
If I were you, and did not want to get a tune for whatever reason. I would buy a data cable which allows you to log what the stock ecu is doing with a laptop. Then you can turn the boost up to the point where the ecu starts seeing knock, then pull it back a few PSI.
Your car feels slow because at that boost the stock ecu is likely seeing knock / detonation and therefore has pulled a large amount of timing.
How does the car feel at 20 psi or 18 psi?

I would put it back to stock boost levels. Like it was mentioned previously, you are running too much boost and ECU is pulling timing for the knock you are experiencing. Also if you are running 91 octane, you will not be able to run 25 psi of boost even if you are tuned.

Along with checking for leaks and turning the boost down you should also consider the ambient temp playing a factor in you running 25psi. I see you are in Vegas which has been very hot lately. Running that 25 pounds of hot air through a hot turbo just puts unnecessary stress on everything else. I'm honestly surprised you haven't broken something very expensive yet running 25psi on stock tune with mods and pump gas in vegas heat.

I wouldn't just turn it down and "run it" I would take it easy until you get a tune on it then you can "run it". Seriously have you not read what people have said over and over about 20 times?

BRO- you should quit boosting cause you A/F is not right - you keep trying to self tune and you will never get it right.
Check over everything and drop it off at the nearest dyno!! thats it!

22 max
ya turn down the boost to 22 max. that would be safe on 92-93 octane, not 91 though. I bet you feel fast vibrations while your driving because of the puter pulling timing.
