I'm going to sound like an uneducated dumb *** here, but how do you read/translate the graphs in that article... always wondered how the 1G BOV and Forged Motorsport for the Evo VIII stacked up in that test verses the others.

The chart shows the pressure in the IC pipe on a 1-2 Shift. The scans are a little hard to tell but it is time on the bottom and pressure on the left side. Basically as you can see from the very first chart with no BOV it surged really bad with the graph going up and down like a saw blade. Any drop and rise is a surge and as you can see, all the aftermarket valves had some surge right at throttle close. The stock valves have really nice graphs but they tend to open and leak boost. This was done on a 2G car, I think at about 9 psi of boost. For the money, the Forge is just as good and better then some of the others. I have one and am happy with it. I don't know how well the 1G valve would hold up at 20 psi of boost, probably better if it was a crushed top version.

That help, dumbass? j/k
Not that easy to read them on the scan.

Yes. What ftp client are you using?
It is set for 1 connection per IP because it allows more people on and doesn't affect the download speed anyway. Your software is trying to make multiple socket connection to the ftp server.
