I sold my JDM VIII RS TiAl turbo, or you could have been happy with it. As a practical matter, a TME with a 9.8 hotside should be plenty spooly enough. If you have an VIII then do some HKS 264's or 272's and set the cam sprockets to +2i/0e.

Remember I'm after two. Trying to find a pair of used turbos will always be difficult.

Sounds like the TME is the way to go.
