why ?Evo IX transfer case leak

3k on my evo 9 about to get my TBE today and i noticed droplets hanging from my TC looking from the front of the car, then i look 2-6 inches to the right were the down pipe is and i noticed it covered in oil resedue you can tell this has been going on for a couple months because the oil on the DP has dirt is not fresh.

what do you guys think

if you look at the drawing attached and you look at item number 10, the leak is right under that area and little more to the right hand bottom location

Open the hood and look from the passenger side to see if the oil is coming from the back of the head.If not look down towards the top of the transfer case where the ACD pressure hose is bolted.Or the output seal passenger axle?

If you havent done anything to the car yet deffiently take it to the dealer. Hell even if you have done anything take it to them. They have to prove that any mods you may have caused the leak.

this in def not motor oil, is red whats leaking, it has to be TC, or not, i am hoping is from the TC vent but that being the case Mitsu had to overfilled because there is at least 3-5 tablespoons, you can see the DP covered and its been there for a while the DP is dirty because dirt got stuck to the oil
