Greddy M-Spec Intercooler Kit Mitsubishi EVO IX 06

hi,
I got Greddy M-Spec Intercooler Kit yesterday didnt install it yet. They say it have the size of R-spec greddy intercooler and it flows like the V-spec intercooler.
But the price is really good + I am only planing to use stock turbo...

The Spec-M consists of a proven 280x600x76mm 2 layer core completed with the trademark Greddy polished end tanks. Superior polished piping engineered to fit right the first time.

didnt open the box yet waiting to take it to a garage

a pic taken of my car same night

Anyone have this intercooler installed? I dont know if this is small or big or how much hp it can take.

I heard that the core is one step lower then the V spec and does not flow as well. The main selling point is the polish look.

Yeah, I called Greddy this afternoon and they said it's suited for 300-375whp applications, nothing that you'd want to run with the bigger turbos. It has around 1-1.5psi pressure drop per the person I spoke with on the phone. It is extremely cheap though, as Gruppe-S has em for like 400 shipped. I'll prob pass and just get the AMS or Buschur one.

I have it too. I'm planing to go up to 400hp with the stock turbo. This was the recommendation from Greddy.

see my ride for the look!

It works excellent.

Enjoy it!

note: Make sure you do the boost leakage test before you ride it!

I'm not trying to bad mouth it, but for the money it won't provide anything but improved looks. Please prove me wrong and post up any results you may get.
