external wastegate

I got these definitions online, from, Eric Fahlgren's, "TURBO GLOSSARY".
Boost Creep: Occurs when the wastegate/turbocharger combination is improperly sized and cannot dump enough exhaust gases. The symptom is rising boost as RPM's rise...To reduce this effect, either install a larger capacity wastegate or a turbine housing with a higher A/R ratio.
Boost Taper: A phomenon produced by flawed boost controllers, which causes boost to drop(or taper off) when it should remain steady.

Yeah, you can just use that flexable tubing. I used that to run the wastegate out my bumper on my Mirage. Works great

i just did it on my buschur manifold
i have the old buschur br500bb which uses a cheap internal gate.
so i just welded a tial 44mm on then and am running a open dump tube
works great for me. no boost creep no boot taper. but i am runing a 30r
