buschur fp3065 installed
I recently installed a Buschur FP3065 kit after already have their stage 4 setup on my stock turbo and I am very pleased with the results.
Now onto the new numbers...
the conditions were very similar to the other runs, low humidity 2200 ft elevation and 90-95 degrees outside
the only parts changed were the turbo and 780cc PTE injectors.
after tweaking the scaling and maps thanks to Doug at Doug's Dyno we ended up making...
441 whp/ 362 tq at 28psi tapering to 27psi
To put this into perspective the car previously made 318hp/328tq @28psi on 100 octane on this same mustang dyno with stock 8 turbo, buschur fmic, intake, stock cams, and tbe. best time ever run on that setup was 12.4 @ 110
Then the cams and IX turbo were installed and made 398hp/388tq on 100octane on a dynojet here in town. Car ran 11.8 @ 115 in the Hot summer heat.
when the boost was up'd to 30psi the car made 461 /370 tq but I dont have that print out here
I will have pics and a few time slips later this week

its is def laggy as I had the IX turbo hitting full boost more than 1000rpm sooner. but the car is definitely an animal now the power just keeps pulling up top unlike the stocker

you can easily see 500 out of this turbo on a dyno jet with a stock motor, dont forget this is on a mustang dyno
I am on stock block, head, intake manifold with just 272's and headstuds.
I think on the 109 we could have went to 30-32psi with no problems but I would rather see what the numbers will be realistically not just the peak it will make.

So are you happy with the kit and the power?

I have had some pm's about my ecu... I am running just a ecuflash with this, no aem.
the 2 step is good to go, I am bringing my laptop with me for little corrections
I need tires now, 1st gear with all seasons doesnt have any traction at all.
