EVO Yellow the same as the Base car?

EVO Yellow the same as the Base car?
Hello
My name is Tom Deadrick, I am the owner of All Wheel Engineering,LLc
We produce the Kartboy line of aftermarket parts for Subarus and Mazdas.
We're looking for another "Project" car to make parts for.
None of the local dealers can tell me straight if the EVO Yellow is the same as the Base Lancer Yellow.
I figured i'd ask some peole who know a thing or two about the cars.
Were looking at either a Silver or Yellow in the next few weeks.

The paint code for the Evo Yellow is: Y01 CMY10001
