part throttle/acceleration problem

Im getting what I think is flutter whenever Im boosting at part throttle or whenever I accelerate and bring the rpm past 4K. Its not happening when at WOT so Im not exactly sure what the problem is. The problem also seems more prevelant when I have more load on the car, for example going uphill or merging onto the freeway on a climbing on ramp. I switched to a gm maf blow-through set-up and a TiAL BOV last weekend but was having issues that are currently being worked out and had to go back to my stock MAF setup w/ a VTA BOV temporarily. I also switched out the 11lb spring in the BOV to the 7lb spring but Im still having the issue (what I think is surge). Now I also noticed that w/ the TiAL BOV the AFR's are a whole lot lower. They went from being 11.2-11.4 (stock piping) to 10.3 and below sometimes (new uicp and bov)... Is this normal w/ upgrading to a aftermarket UICP and VTA BOV? Any input would help out tremendously...TIA

Oh yeah, if it matters my mods are:
BR intake w/ stick MAS (temporary)
BR fmic
BR uicp w/ TiAL BOV (7lb spring)
ported/coated exh mani
ported/coated hotside
coated ebay style O2 housing
3" tbe - no cat
Walbro fuel pump
MBC @ 23 psi

Why did you need to get a tial 50mm & GM Maft? You making that much power you are overrunning the stocker?

You're not supposed to boost at partial throttle

found out what the problem was after racking my brain last night...I had the MBC Tee'd off of the BOV line and whenever the MBC was bleeding off air it was causing the BOV to open and close rapidly. I switched the MBC line to the nipple off the turbo and now everything is working fine.

Asmodeus6 - I'm running the ECU+ w/ the GM MAF and the reason I switched to the TiAL is because I have a GT35 kit sitting in my garage waiting to be installed and the stock DV wasnt going to cut it for the high boost I'll be running

dan628 - In some cases you do boost at partial throttle, it depends on the situation. For example, drive up a steep hill or onramp and accelerate at part throttle. You will see you are still boosting even though your not at WOT. You may not see max boost but you're still boosting
