TurboXS downpipe & aftermarket o2 housing

Okay so I have searched and searched for this question but have came up with no definitive answer. Anyways I have a TurboXS downpipe that has that the 3in type of donut gasket but I have read that it doesn't work well with after 02 housings. I plan on ordering the Titek o2 housing but want to make sure it will work. I currently have a Tanabe downpipe on my Evo but would like to put a full 3in downpipe on and would like to know if anybody has used Megan/Titek/Ebay o2 housings with the TurboXS downpipe and what had to be done.

Is the turbo xs downpipe a 3in? Also the o2 housing should come with its own donut gasket. It should fit with no problem

Yes the TurboXS is 3in. It also doesn't use the stock donut gasket because the opening of the downpipe expends to about 4in and a 3in donut gasket slides in. I have read this configuration does not work well with aftermarket o2 housing...but who knows? Mainly I am most likely going to get the Titek o2 housing. So I am wondering from anybody that has installed an aftermarket o2 housing with the TurboXS downpipe if it worked or what needed to be done. Btw I appreciate your help

I have a TurboXS TBE. I have an ebay o2 housing. As long as you have the TurboXS donut gasket, it works perfect. Bolts up like stock/ period.

Awesome thank you guys so much for your help...I appreciate it! I do have the TurboXS gasket . I believe the issues I read were from people trying to use the stock donut gasket. Thanks again.
