Std 2.4 or LR2.4 is really all you ever need unless your dragging constantly then 2.0 or 2.1 for sure.

hi all
can some one tell me the rod ratio
and what the max safe rpm

a stock 4g63 engine

a 2.2 94mm crank , 150mm on a 4g63

and a long rod 2.2L 94mm crank 153mm rod on a 4g63

2.3 is all I will ever need for now. That being said a 2.4 LR is looking more and more appealing everyday, oh well....its just money right?
