HTA GT35R on an AMS kit!

Well fellas the shipping blues are over. As you all may know I bought a FP HTA GT35R turbo. I also score a Presicion Turbo .63 exhaust housing to drop on that turbo due to the AMS kit I already had. So I sent the housing away to get coated, ot it back, and put the kit together with the HTA inside. Well I couldn't be happier. That thing slapped together like a puzzle with no problems. Now that the turbo is on the car, all I have to do is swap my 780cc for 1000cc injtrs. I already have the 780s out. So I expect to be driving the car today with new power.

Complete HTA album if pics don't come out right.

Some may have noticed the two missing bolts. AMS' kit comes with a mounting bracket that mounts from those two holes on the exaust housing to the block. So I didn't forget those two. I just have to put those on after you got the turbo kit in the car.

just a quick question, why didn't you just use the .63 exhaust housing from your old AMS 35r? thanks

No I got a 3076R with my AMS kit. I wanted to step up to a 35R, and then I got wind of the HTA35R. I used the .63 housing to be able to keep using the AMS kit, because of the 5 bolt pattern that bolts the O2 housing. The HTA 35R comes with a .82 housing, which is a 4 bolt pattern.

Provided I don't have a national gaurd drill, I'll be going to the dyno this sat. I'll be tunning with ECU flash and MAFT Pro se up for speed density. I'll be doing a pump gas map, and a meth map. Then we'll see from there if I need to move to a AEM EMS. It'll be on a dyno dynamics dyno at Dyno4mance in GA.

Whats the main difference between the hta 35r and the regular 35r? From what i can see in the pics it seems that the only difference is the compressor wheel?
