Triple carbon clutch woes

I had a different experience with my carbon cusco.....the trick I found is that the clutch needed to be warmed up as all carbon does, before it becomes tacky enough to hold properly. I had over 65k on the clutch when I sold the car and it still didn't slip, even though it was worn badly.
