10.8/10.3 for the Crower and 11/11 for the Cosworth...
But keep in mind that lift is not really what creates the power, the proper duration has a much more important affect. Long durations will move the powerband towards higher RPMs. If you have a big turbo that is still making power past 7000RPM, you will want long duration cams such as 280s. If you are on the stock turbo or a turbo that runs out of breath at 7K, then 272s are better suited, because the longer duration, the worse your bottom end is going to be.
I got these because I'm going to be on the Evo Green next spring, and I will be RallyX and road racing... I don't want a cam that destroys my low end power, so I can't go 280s.
As far as lift is concerned, I'm not concerned that the Crower is lower than Cosworth... HKS cams all have very similar lift specs, ALL their cams from big to small... more lift is really only needed with a ported head and a lot of airflow.

Funny i found this thread, i was looking at the BC cam's recently for my EVO.
I know BC cam's are great for Nissan's, so i figured they would be decent for the EVO.
I am still unsure what cam's ill be getting but they will probably be a 272 duration. I might also be running a Green. I have a 2.3, Looking for good response across the board, till about 7000-7300rpm

Get some cosworths and a green. Then get some sticky tires cuz it's gonna be a torque MONSTER!

If you want a good torque cam, I would say HKS. They produce more torque than the cosworth it has been kid tested and mother approved .
If anyone is looking into testing the brian crowers, I would give you a great deal on the cams, installation, and tuning. Let me know.

And this is documented where? Every HKS I've seen did not make as much as the cosworths

With good supporting mods, I wont rule out the HKS making more torque and power than the Cosworth. Plus the HKS have a better and smoother feel. Also, Idles alot better than the Cosworth almost like stock.
