I checked it out, and changed the oil two times. And its still making the ticking knoise.

Im curious as to what I will have to do to fix it.

coming from the Lancer world, it was an understood thing for the motor to tick, just what Mitsu motors do.....but that doest mean somthing is wrong with your car, but it also might be nothing at all.

No its a seperate sound from the injectors. I have never heard this sound before on eaither of my previous evos.

my evo ticks after driving it for a while. after i turn it off, it ticks for a couple of minutes

since there are soooo many threads about strange ticking noises I will post this link for everyone. hopefully we can figure out if anyone/everyone is having the same or different noise coming from their car.

On a side note. after the car is warm it will sometimes go away.
