Does your problem involve what seems like drivetrain problems?

Idk about the suspension problem, but i get better than stock gas mileage and i have Intake, TBE, 280 Cams, Ported Mani and a bunch of other bolt ons. I was tuned by DTM on their Dyno. Honestly i would try a different tune, Different tuners do things differently.

well I found out what it was and had it fixed. turns out after looking underneath the car, the driveshaft had enough play that it would hit, vibrate, and resonate against my exhaust. what made the noise come into play when it rained was the torqueing up of my rear wheels after slight traction loss in the rain. not sure if thats what you've been experiencing. the noise that i had was more than noise it was very much mechanical. you couldn't continue driving when it occurred.
