If price isn't a concern, you may as well get the EvoGreen.

That's strange. Mine spools a little slower than stock (just a little) and doesn't surge at all. The only surging problems I've heard about with the WR is at high boost and in high gears.

I had my White Rabbit for 2 years. No surging.

If you have a WR that spools slower than stock, then it's not a true WR with the TiAl hotside.

Get the WR-9. That's the best way to go if you want the White Rabbit. There is a local guy that has made 400whp on pump gas with it and another that made it with E85 and wastegate pressure (19psi creeping to 21).

getting 400 even with the EVOgreen is a very very tall order on 93 octane, you've got to have every mod under the sun to do it and probably higher octane.

I saw a best of 382awhp in DLL with my EVOgreen, it was about 35awhp over the stock 10.5 16g, not very impressive to me. It's going to take better fuel to extract the true potential out of it.

an EVO IX will do a little better thanks to the heads, they typically can run a few more degrees of timing which can be 20-30awhp more.
