Buschur and AMS always have the cars that back up the dyno numbers with real quarter mile times. That means alot. I would say go with the BR unit, but i am clearly biased...

The full race verticle flow intercooler, sems like a nice design, and may offer superior throttle response for you road racers, but even if the surface area is the same, the air spends less time in the fin portion of the intercooler and may not have the same exit temps as a side to side intercooler..
Now i know someone will argue that statement, but the transfer of heat is not instantaneous, it take time.. on the otherhand the difference may only be degree or two... who knows...

we need some good objective tests to prove the difference, but we all know how those turn out.. someone gets a magic intercooler that has effeciencies over 100% and miraculously cools the air BELOW ambient temps... apparently laws of thermodynamics don't apply to them..

If you ever see anyone claim their air ro air intercooler can cool air below ambient they are lying!!!

I would say the Greddy Type V. www.500whp.com has it for $699. The only thing that it does not have is the uicp which isn't that much.

Nisei doesnt justify the price tag for a daily driver. They are top-notch ICs and possibly the best on the market, but twice the price.

I have an ETS, but I wouldn't rule out the ebay AMS knockoff yet either. I have seen this one in person and its well made, great deal for the money. Just depends on what you are looking for.
