no, im running turboxs DP with ebay o2 which is practically same fitting w/ 90% of the aftermarket o2's out there... turboxs DP comes w/ their own donut gasket, stock gasket needs to be removed (probably baked onto the stock o2 so gotta rip it off haha)

If the O2 housing you are buying uses the stock donut gasket then the Turboxs gasket will work. The only O2 housings I think will not work with the turboxs gasket are the Invidia and Works. Modification of the TurboXS gasket would be required for it to work with those O2 housings.

thanks for your help. I already ordered the o2 housing from buschur. I am hoping their o2 uses the stock donut gasket. I asked if them if their o2 will bolt up properly to the turboxs dp but they didnt really give me an answer(said he didnt know) anyone know what kind of gasket buschur uses or if it match up with the turboxs do?

i believe the early turbo xs dp's had this metal "top-hat" that required a larger donut gasket, as like the large donut thaty works uses for their custom o2 housing. the reason for this, turbo xs was planning to make a 3" dia. o2 housing, but they felt there was no merit.

eventually turbo xs started to make dp's that utilize the oem donut gasket.

i dont know when this change took place.

hope this helps you a bit.

i think everyone already gave u an answer but i'll rephrase specifically for the buschur. the buschur unit is a good "ebay" o2 which will fit in ur evo just fine w/ stock gaskets. now the gasket that fits between the o2 and DP will be replaced by ur turboxs gasket.
