Damn I am glad I got my ETS FMIC kit wth black piping & black hose!

p.s. I to wish the pipes were aluminum but I would expect the price to be much higher. ETS FTW!

We engineer each piece specifically for its purpose and do everything for a reason, so this one's easy

Many of us are familiar with coming into boost, hearing a loud *BANG* and losing power. Reattaching a blown off intercooler pipe on the side of the road under any conditions is a major annoyance and in lots of situations is dangerous. To avoid that problem we hand bead roll the ends of all of our piping, and include Breeze 100% SS (not just the clamp, the nut, stud and every piece of the clamps is SS) T-bolt clamps. Because these high end clamps will take every bit of force that a 1/2" impact gun can apply, we're easily able to crush aluminum piping when tightened enough to ensure no POPPING of the pipes under the boost pressures that most of us run. For that reason we feel that the extra couple pounds is worth it for a pipe that won't blow off under any circumstances.

We've now tested our piping and clamps to 55psi on Paul's EVO (ifarted2) without any bracketry or bracing of the connections, and he's making huge power with basically the same product we ship to our customers every day. Personally I like to know that the parts on my EVO are overengineered because it gives me peace of mind. That is completely true in this case.

Thanks for the info tom, you seem to really know your stuff, not to mention you seem to love what you do! That is why i'm going with your products, nobody else in this industry spends this much time on making sure customers are satisified.

P.S. The hawk HPS pads shipped fast, now i just gotta find time to put them on !
