2.0 or 2.3 better?

Ok, this isn't a question about which one I should get, I would like a comparison about the two built options with a pt61 (gt35) with same supporting mods other than displacement.

which would end up with more hp?
which would win in the 1/4?
which would spool faster?
which would be the better road racer?
which would last longer/safer?
which would win from ~40mph to ~130?
which is more fun?
if you have one, do you wish you got the other?
just some common questions! Thanks!

If you love Evo's for what they are... the only question that matters is which one is more fun to drive.

Simply answer this: "What will I use my car for mainly?"

If you say Drag racing and highway pulls, stick with a built 2.0

If you say road racing/daily driving, get the 2.3

I have a 2.3 35r with a VSR and revolver cams and the thing feels awesome(when it drives that is ). The 35r with a 2.3 and the revolvers is really not bad on spool. Don't let numbers on paper get you confused with how the car feels to drive. The VSR helps it continue to pull nice and hard up to 8k and the stroker feels great for city driving.

On the other hand, if you build a 2.0 up with upgraded valvetrain, you can get the things to run up to 9.5-10k rpms which will give you a bigger power band but at or around 5k rpm(with a 35r). It's up to you.

This is so much a personal preferance thing its so hard to be objective.
Hard for me because I had a fwd DSM for a long time. I definately prefer a car that pulls like hell on top. For that, I'm more of a 2.0l/2.1l kinda guy. But that's what I'm used to, and I don't mind waiting for it a little. I came from alot of 2.4l stuff so I appreciate that as well... but over time I became more of a ZING, kinda guy over the "HOLY SH...." kinda guy. lol!

Any of the variants, 2.0, 2.1, 2.3, 2.4 can all be set up to be effective in any arena.
