3rd gear grind?

I seem to have this grind when shifting into 3rd only from 2nd and it happens not all the time
is there anything where the shifter is concerned that it can rub on and make this feeling as if i concentrate and make sure it goes in straight it seems fine
if i gently put it in, it doesn't grind
the only thing did differently was changed g/b fluid a mth ago but everything else is fine af as the g/b is concerned

any thoughts here gentlemen?
Thanks

Do You Have The Factory Clutch Or Is It A Twin?
When My Third Gear Syncro Went Out It Started With Just Feeling It But It Eventualy Got To The Point Were I Heard It.
I Would Try To Adjust The Clutch. Its The Easiest To Rule Out And It Cost Nothing To Do.
It Also Could Be A Shifter Bushing.
As Far As To Repair You Would Need 3rd And 4th Gear Syncro.

I have some advice for you and the OP. Try changing your transmission fluid. If you still get the grind, try adjusting the clutch pedal ALL the way out. If you still get the grind its your synchro 9 times out of 10.

cant be my synchro on and BRAND NEW tranny...but like you said i believe its the fluid. its to thick for the shep tranny, and with the aftermarket bushings you feel alot more and it "might" feel like a grind sometimes
