You shouldn't need a head gasket or head studs unless you get a bigger turbo or alky.

I know the lift on the Cosworths is fairly high (11mm?), so I imagine that springs/retainers/etc. would be required? recommended? for an VIII? IX?

Any hard info?

From my recent research I've found the S1's to be PERFECT for what I need. It's really a great cam.

So if you were to get the Cossie Cams. ANd Raise your Limiter to 8k. Your going to need springs/retainers and headstuds correct?

I have the GSC S1 and i love them so much

they work fine with maxmim 50trim so if you wanna be in the 400 you will get
an Evo green mostly and they will work really good

they are the best thing i ever did to my Evo

I love the S1's. They run very smooth, idle like stock and make good power for me on the stock turbo.

This was on a dyno dynamics, add 12-15% for dynojet
