Its a little laggy, but you get used to it.
Not sure whats holding me up, Im not worried, 579 is plenty of power.

Those numbers are crazy for a stock block. And I was worried about going for a 35r and the lag being intolerable for street and yet there are people like yourself running 37's on stock blocks. Aren't you worried about the rods or head gasket? Sod it I'm going 35R for my daily driver

I worry, but until now no issues. When ever it decides to go I will be calling up Buschur for one of his trick motors.

for the Buschur built motor. I wouldn't wait until it decides to go, get it done before you damage your good block and possibly head. Good luck with your fun-mobile. It's always nice to 'surprise' the guy in the vette, or porsche, or viper, or mustang, or....

let me know when you decide to go with the buscur motor. I am going to try to keep a couple on hand for those that dont want the downtime.. my last buschur motor took some serious street beating and held great!!
