for an Evo IX, 350whp with good drivability is easily done with basic bolt-ons listed above (TBE, mbc, intake) , custom tune and GSC S1 cams for best drivability.
Sorry, but the FMIC is just not needed at this power level. The stock one is fine unless you are roadracing the car or something... Get the cams, and you will pull on people who opted for the FMIC...
