Kierkegaard

So the other day I began to hear this odd sound coming from the front-left side of car (I can hear it best with my head next to the front-right wheel well). Now I'm used to the usual engine tick and other "normal" 4G63 sounds, but this one is different. Along with the usual ticking, there is a slight but noticeable "chugging" noise. Basically just "chug-chug-chug". The car seems to be driving fine, and the only mods are the basic bolt-ons and conservative tune. Anybody have any ideas?
