You would be surprised what his garage looks like. Turbos everywhere. He really enjoys understanding all available turbos for mitsubishi's. You name the part, he probably had, has, or has one on order...

I see what you're saying, because it would still peak (TQ) at the same RPM regardless if a 2,3 ltr can spin up to 10K or not. I was also thinking HP too. Sorry.

Very true, no matter what part I need no matter what it is or how rare, I stop by Jerry's before the Mitsu dealer. 98% of the time I never make it to mitsubishi and yes his garage is like a parts warehouse and don't get me started on the computer room

Maybe give it a shot before you shut the idea down...

I've been able to tune a car on a dynojet and then hit the track and have the A/Fs change less then 0.1 A/F down the entire track from where I set the car up on the dyno.

Also had the timing advance spot on from the dyno to the track as changes in the timing advance after dyno tuning either resulted in very mild detonation or a drop in mph and increase in ET.

This idea of one dyno being better then another when you are doing basic acceleration pulls is stupid. Unless you are tuning on a rolling road wind tunnel, you're still not "properly" loading the car...

But I'm done.

Good numbers, congrats. It's impressive for any form of a GT35r to hit those kinds of trap speeds and ETs. Makes me want to pick one up.

Maybe HTA stands for high turbine area?

FP did it by removing the dead/unusable area around the center of the turbine, then added some more blades???

pretty much... reduced hub size and added another set of blades, also the blades are cut thinner as well. Thats why I believe they made it a billet wheel to retain its strength.

Absolutely ridiculous torque #'s

My friend's supra puts out over 805rwhp and his torque is only a tad higher than yours.

I see you said that there is something being left out but it was mentioned in a thread before.
Time to get cracking and search some threads

Seems as if a stroker kit and this HTA35R would be the ultimate street/strip car

Ya, someone else on here is running that setup; 20+psi at exactly 4000rpms, that would be so awesome!

On a datalog I have I made 20 psi at 4161 RPM in 4th... but I only went flat throttle at 3k so not sure if going flat earlier would have helped.

This is on a 2.4 + HTA.

Dave when you get a chance I'd love to know when your car makes 20 and 30 psi in 4th gear on the road.
