so does anyone actually have a compressor map for the HTA? I'm assuming it would be different than the standard 35r map.

This is on a 2.4 + HTA.

Dave when you get a chance I'd love to know when your car makes 20 and 30 psi in 4th gear on the road.
2.4 + HTA....that has to be great!

Here's the dyno sheet for the 700 hp run.

So we are all clear. I played no games to make this. Back when I had my Dynojet there was sort of an agreement on EVOm that the dyno runs would be made with SAE correction. Over the last few years the sheets have been posted with all different correction factors done to them. I stuck to the SAE and this is what we got. With the dyno set on Uncorrected the car actually made 717 whp. Our Mustang Dyno here at the shop I run uncorrected all the time, everyday, every pull. I want to know what the car is making RIGHT NOW, not next month or last month. I remembered the debating though and left the Dynojet on SAE.

About 4600 rpm.

I've asked Dave literally over 5 times now. I guess I'll ask again

When does your car make 20 psi and 30 psi in 3rd gear and then in 4th gear.

mellon, the boost does taper off some up top. That run was from 3,000 to 8,000 rpm. I have a graph that is in RPM but when Tym printed it he did not scale the HP and TQ the same so the lines do not cross at 5252 and I didn't want to hear about it, so I posted the MPH chart. On our dyno the graph is pretty freaking flat to 8,000 rpm, I took no time to try and tune the car on this Dynojet, I'm sure I could have flattened it out.

The car in 4th gear makes 20 psi at 4691 and 30 psi at 5008 rpm.

Hey Dave, just to be thorough...

Is that on the dyno or on the road?

It's on the dyno. I am not posting any more logs or information. Each gear, on a dyno, off a dyno, on a Thursday.........it's redundant.

Dave, you sure that's accurate?

My 100% bone stock long block with a no frills GT35r made almost the same amount of boost in 3rd gear.

Are you running the same hot side? same cams? same intake manifold? same IC piping bends and diameter? same throttle body? Same piston compression? ETC....

See where I'm going?
