check out the forum at www.innovatemotorsports.com it's top notch, one of their engineers is on there frequently and is very helpful if the community cannot help. (Klaus)

Klaus is on this forum (klatinn) and his associate is as well . They've had issues with this unit and it has pretty much been straightened out with the latest firmware, install it and do a "free air calibration" that means taking the sensor out of the pipe.
Hi,
Even 12 hrs might not be enough, depending on the exh. system. I've seen systems where it took a week to get all exh. traces to dissipate. The fastest way I found is to just hook a vacuum cleaner (shop vac) to the tailpipe (engine off of course ) and let it run for 5 minutes with the throttle held wide open. Cleans out the exh. system real good. Do NOT try this on a carburated car though. You might launch the vacuum cleaner into orbit.

Klaus

that's good to know, my car was broken into (busted the glass out) the other night and among other things my LM-1 was stolen so I'm going to give one of these units a try.

subscribed...strange. I want to think its the AEM at times. My car will start and idle perfectly at many times. Somryimes the car will start and idle rough with high AFRs. Hit the gas or meth and seems to correct itself. Sometimes the car would stall upon enagement of the clutch. I would say that nothing has changed between when it works well and it doesnt except for maybe the outside temps, but I am not talking about any huge swing here as I live in FL.
